🔑 What you’ll be doing

We are looking for a Revenue Management Ops (Operations) profile to join our growing Revenue Management team.

This is a highly operational role, ideal for someone who likes to get their hands dirty, execute daily tasks, support ongoing processes and help structure how things are done.

You will work closely with the Revenue Manager and Revenue Analysts, supporting the operational execution of pricing, listings and owner communication, while helping build and improve internal processes.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Execute operational pricing updates under guidance from the Revenue team;
  • Create, update and maintain property listings across platforms;
  • Support the management and optimization of property announcements (content, pricing, availability);
  • Assist with operational communication to property owners when needed;
  • Help documentimprove and standardize revenue-related processes;
  • Support ad-hoc operational tasks related to revenue, pricing and listings;
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across tools and platforms;
  • Responsibility for managing freelance teams and full ownership of subcontractor management processes and workflows.

Requisitos

Must have

  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership;
  • Ability to follow processes and improve them;
  • Strong hands-on attitude, capable of executing operational work at scale, with proven ability or experience in creating automations to improve efficiency in operational processes;
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital tools;
  • Willingness to learn fast in a dynamic environment.


Nice to have (but not required)

  • Background in hospitality, tourism, operations or administration;
  • Experience with tools like Excel / Google Sheets;
  • Any exposure to property management, listings or online platforms;
