About the role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with over 5 years of experience in Sales, with a strong background in leveraging technology and digital tools to drive business growth. We seek someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, is highly proactive, and has the ability to independently manage the entire sales process from start to finish.
What you’ll be doing

Generate, identify, and qualify inbound and outbound leads;

Develop, manage, and close ongoing sales opportunities;

Own and manage the end-to-end sales process, from first contact to contract signature;

Build and nurture relationships with investors, real estate funds, construction companies, and strategic partners;

Maintain accurate pipeline management using CRM and digital sales tools;

Source and secure new properties and business opportunities in the market;
- Act proactively to expand the contact network and identify new acquisition channels.

Requirements
Skills for the role
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets;
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, tech-driven environments or B2B sales;
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities;
- Comfortable using digital tools, platforms, CRMs, and automation tools;
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team;
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (additional languages are a plus).
