About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with over 5 years of experience in Sales, with a strong background in leveraging technology and digital tools to drive business growth. We seek someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, is highly proactive, and has the ability to independently manage the entire sales process from start to finish.

🔑 What you’ll be doing

  • Generate, identify, and qualify inbound and outbound leads;

  • Develop, manage, and close ongoing sales opportunities;

  • Own and manage the end-to-end sales process, from first contact to contract signature;

  • Build and nurture relationships with investors, real estate funds, construction companies, and strategic partners;

  • Maintain accurate pipeline management using CRM and digital sales tools;

  • Source and secure new properties and business opportunities in the market;

  • Act proactively to expand the contact network and identify new acquisition channels.

Requirements

Skills for the role

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets;
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, tech-driven environments or B2B sales;
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities;
  • Comfortable using digital tools, platforms, CRMs, and automation tools;
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team;
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (additional languages are a plus).
