🔑 What you’ll be doing

Reporting directly to the COO, this role will focus primarily on leading the Maintenance Operations, ensuring efficiency, operational excellence, and cost control, while also overseeing the Warehouse and Fleet Operations. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on, strategic professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to lead operational execution while continuously improving processes

  • Lead and Manage Maintenance Operations: Supervise daily maintenance team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost control while implementing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
  • Oversee Fleet Operations: Manage the company fleet, ensuring proper maintenance, inspections, and performance optimization to minimize downtime and improve utilization.
  • Manage Warehouse Operations: Supervise warehouse logistics, ensuring efficient storage, organization, and space utilization to support operational needs.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the maintenance & warehousing team, ensuring high performance, clear goals, and alignment with operational objectives.
  • Vendor and Supplier Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors for maintenance, fleet, and warehouse services, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
  • Budget and Cost Control: Monitor and control maintenance budgets, track costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives to ensure efficient resource management.
  • Support Scalability and Growth: Collaborate with the COO to scale operations, supporting the growth of properties, warehouse space, and fleet as the company expands. 
  • Organize and prepare the invoicing process for maintenance services provided to property owners

Requirements

Skills for the Role

  • Professional Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience in operations, with a strong focus on logistic, team management and operational efficiency. Experience in warehouse and fleet management is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial) or other education program related to Operations Management.
  • Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and optimize operational processes. Hands-on experience with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Cost and Budget Management: Proven experience in cost control, supplier negotiation, and budget management for maintenance, warehouse, and fleet operations
  • Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development, ensuring alignment with company goals and driving a collaborative and productive work environment.
