2023: A Unique Journey - Thank You!

Dear Property Owners,

First and foremost, we want to express our deep gratitude to each of you. Your trust and collaboration are the driving forces behind our success.

🔙 Looking back to 2016, our debut year with just 4 apartments under our management, it was a time of ambition and hope. Today, we take pride in managing over 248 apartments across twenty-seven iconic cities in Portugal. 💪 We have overcome challenges, including a pandemic, strengthening our brand.

📈 Our growth has been exponential: we increased our revenue by 49.54% compared to the previous year. Our family has grown, with 73 new properties and 14 talented team members joining us. The adventure didn't stop there: we embraced the management of two hostels, one in the heart of Porto and another in Árvore, Vila do Conde.

To ensure top-notch communication and services, we integrated tools like Slack, Zendesk, and Breezeway. We inaugurated Work Wise, a co-working space in Porto.

🚀 And for 2024? Our ambitions are high: we aim for a turnover of 10M€ and to double the number of properties managed. The team will grow by an additional 15 members, some of whom will join us at the beginning of the year. We are developing a sophisticated and intuitive back office to better serve our property owners and partners, and look forward with anticipation to our new spin-off, Travel Wise.
